As a follow-up to the Decree of the UMS Chancellor No: 84.I/I/2018 concerning the UMS Student Code of Conduct and the Circular of the Vice Chancellor 1 Number 1075/A.6II/BR/X/2022 which stipulates that TOEP is a requirement for taking Thesis courses, Final Project/Thesis/Dissertation Exams, or Graduation, LBIPU (Language and General Sciences Institute) has stipulated the provisions as stated in the attachment.
For students of the Psychology Masters Program, here are some important points to note:
- Psychology Masters students are required to have a UMS TOEP certificate with a minimum score of 450 as one of the graduation requirements. The Psychology Masters Program stipulates a TOEP certificate as a requirement for the Thesis exam.
- If students cannot meet these requirements or cannot take the test at LBIPU, then there are other alternatives that can be seen in the documents attached to this announcement.
- Sanctions are determined for Students Who Forge Certificates, namely in the form of a 3x graduation postponement starting from when the student is proven to have falsified the certificate
Students who are proven to have falsified certificates or English language competency certificates will be subject to sanctions in the form of a three-time graduation postponement, starting from when the student is proven to have submitted a fake certificate.
All students are expected to pay attention to and comply with these provisions for the smooth running of the academic process.
